My brother Ned Devine bred his IntFTCh Ardoon Bronco to Mochonnog Chinnook, from Capt John Carroll and one of the pups became my Princess Nisha (Misty).  Misty enjoyed a long career, popping up now and again – when there was space among the English Setter entries.

Princess Nisha (Misty) was still a pup when she won the Summer Open Stake on Slieveanorra in 1999.

She was an early developer and I won an Open Stake with her on Slieveanorra Moor, Co Antrim – an unforgiving venue of high heather and steep slopes – when she was only 19 months old – before I ran her in the Puppy Derby.  She continued to have regular wins during a sporadic Trialling career and was as light on her feet and determined when she was 11 as when she was young.
